Headcoach Thomas Kösling: „Als Thomas mich angerufen und mich gefragt hat ob er nochmal angreifen kann, war es keine Frage ihn mit ins Team zu nehmen. Wir haben früher für ein Jahr zusammengespielt und kennen uns daher besser. Er ist ein super Typ und seine Erfahrung wird dem jungen Kader sehr gut tun.“
Thomas Albrecht: „Mit FRANKFURT GALAXY beginnt für mich eine nie abgeschlossene Reise in meiner Footballlaufbahn.
Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass ich hier bei der GALAXY die Chance bekomme, nochmal alles für den Sport geben zu dürfen.
Nach langer Phase familiärer und beruflicher Football-Pause, ist das eine meiner größten sportlichen Herausforderungen der ich mich nun stelle. Und die GALAXY in der ELF mit vielen früheren Kameraden und befreundeten Coaches ist genau diese Herausforderung die man sich als Jugendlicher immer gewünscht hat. Deshalb stelle ich mich dieser und freue mich mit dem Team wieder Siege zu feiern und den ELF Bowl wieder nach FRANKFURT zu holen. GO GALAXY!“

Head coach Thomas Kösling: “When Thomas called me and asked me if he can attack again, it was no question to take him to the team. We used to play together for a year and therefore know each other better. He is a great guy and his experience will do the young squad a lot of good.”

I am very grateful that I get the chance here at GALAXY to give everything for the sport again.
After a long period of family and professional football break, this is one of my biggest sporting challenges that I now face. And the GALAXY in the ELF with many former comrades and friendly coaches is exactly this challenge that one always wished for as a youngster. That’s why I’m facing it and I’m looking forward to celebrating victories with the team again and to bring the ELF Bowl back to FRANKFURT. GO GALAXY!”
