Die European Football Alliance (EFA) bestätigt, dass die Munich Ravens zur Saison 2026 als Mitgliedsfranchise in die Liga aufgenommen werden.
Mit der Aufnahme der Munich Ravens – einer der führenden American-Football-Organisationen Europas – macht die EFA einen entscheidenden Schritt zur Vereinigung der wichtigsten europäischen Märkte unter einem einheitlichen, nachhaltigen Geschäftsmodell. Als globaler Sportstandort und wirtschaftliches Kraftzentrum ergänzt München die wachsende Präsenz der EFA und reiht sich in ein starkes Teilnehmerfeld ein, zu dem unter anderem Frankfurt Galaxy, Paris Musketeers, Madrid Bravos, Prague Lions, Nordic Storm und Raiders Tirol gehören.
Mit diesem Elitefeld hat die EFA die kritische Anzahl an Franchises erreicht, um einen vollständigen 12-Wochen-Spielplan für die Saison 2026 umzusetzen. Die sportliche Struktur steht damit fest und garantiert im kommenden Sommer hochklassigen professionellen Football auf dem gesamten Kontinent.

Der strategische Wachstumsplan der EFA ist bereits über die kommende Saison hinaus gesichert: Franchises in London und Mailand werden 2027 an den Start gehen und die Präsenz der Liga in Europas führenden Metropolen weiter stärken.

The European Football Alliance (EFA) confirms that the Munich Ravens have joined the league as a member franchise for the 2026 season.
The addition of the Munich Ravens – one of the continent’s premier American football organizations – marks a decisive step in unifying Europe’s most important markets under a single, sustainable business model. As a global sports hub and economic powerhouse, Munich adds another cornerstone to the EFA’s footprint, joining a powerful lineup of franchises including the Frankfurt Galaxy, Paris Musketeers, Madrid Bravos, Prague Lions, Nordic Storm, and Raiders Tirol.
With this elite field confirmed, the EFA has secured the critical mass of franchises required to deliver a complete 12-week schedule for the 2026 season. The competitive framework is now set, guaranteeing a full slate of top-tier professional football across the continent this summer.
“The Munich Ravens are a perfect fit for the EFA because they are a serious organization that understands professional football requires a professional business structure,” said Jaime Martin, Chair of the EFA Expansion Committee. “Our focus is on building a league of aligned, professionally-run franchises that share a long-term vision for the sport and its sustainable growth across Europe.”
The EFA’s strategic growth plan is already secured beyond the upcoming season, with franchises in London and Milan confirmed to launch in 2027, further solidifying the league’s presence in Europe’s leading global cities.
