Woche 12 Game Recap: Letztes Heimspiel der Saison
Die Nordic Storm kam mit einem Revanche-Plan nach Frankfurt. Die erste Niederlage der Franchise-Geschichte der Nordic Storm ereignete sich im vergangenen Jahr in Frankfurt. In dieser Saison war die Galaxy das einzige Team, das die Offense der Nordic Storm bei nur 20 Punkten hielt. Diesmal brachten sie 47 Punkte auf die Anzeigetafel – doch ihr Spiel verlief nicht so reibungslos, wie es scheinen mag.
Die Galaxy-Defense erzwang drei Turnover: eine Interception von Enrico Chagoya und zwei eroberte Fumbles. Das verschaffte der Galaxy-Offense mehr Zeit. In den ersten drei Vierteln verbrachten sowohl die Nordic Storm als auch die Galaxy gleich viel Zeit in der Offensive. Jadrian Clark, Glen Toonga und Brendan Beaulieu waren schlicht effektiver. Bei jedem Erreichen der Red Zone folgte ein Score.
Die Galaxy punktete nur bei einem von drei Besuchen in der Red Zone. Zach Calzada zeigte in seinem Debütspiel gegen eines der besten Teams und eine der besten Defenses der Liga eine solide Leistung. Sein 48-Yard-Touchdown-Pass auf Tyler Foster war sein Highlight des Spiels.

Week 12 Game Recap: Last home game of the season
The Nordic Storm came to Frankfurt with a revenge plan. The first loss in Nordic Storm franchise history happened in Frankfurt last year. This season Galaxy was the only team to hold the Nordic Storm offense to just 20 points. This time they put 47 points on the scoreboard to the Galaxy 9, but their game was not as smooth as it might seem.
The Galaxy defense forced three turnovers: an interception by Enrico Chagoya and two recovered fumbles. This gave more time for the Galaxy offense. In the first three quarters, both the Nordic Storm and Galaxy spent the same amount of time on offense. Jadrian Clark, Glen Toonga and Brendan Beaulieu were simply more effective. Every time they reached the red zone, they scored.
Galaxy scored only once in three red zone trips. Zach Calzada put up a solid performance in his debut game against one of the best teams and defenses in the league. The 48-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Foster was his highlight of the game.
